About GutterFit
GutterFit is a free referral service that connects homeowners in Orlando, Florida (Orange, Seminole, Osceola counties) with one insured local gutter contractor. Where a state or local license or registration applies to the contractor's scope of work and jurisdiction, we verify that credential before sending any request. We do not install, repair or clean gutters ourselves. We do the screening and the matching, and you get a written quote at no cost.
How it works

You tell us about the job
ZIP code, the service you need (seamless gutter installation, gutter repair, gutter cleaning, gutter guards and leaf protection, downspout installation and repair, fascia and soffit repair, storm damage gutter repair), and where to send the quote.

We match one contractor
Your request goes to a single partner who serves your ZIP code. It is never sold to a list or auctioned to several companies.

They quote, you decide
The contractor contacts you within 24 hours, visits, and gives you a written estimate. Hire them if it feels right, or walk away at no cost.
Contractor standards
"Licensed and insured" is easy to say. Here is what we actually check before a contractor joins the Orlando network.
Applicable license or registration on file
Before a contractor receives a single request we ask for the license or local registration that applies to the work they do (Florida contractor licenses are checked on the DBPR public lookup) and keep a copy on file.
Proof of liability insurance
We ask for a current certificate of general liability insurance and note its expiration date. A partner whose certificate lapses stops receiving requests until it is renewed.
Local service area
Partners tell us which ZIP codes they actually serve. Your request only goes to a contractor who works in your area.
Written quotes and homeowner feedback
Partners agree to give written estimates and to no-pressure follow-up. Homeowners can email us about any experience, and partners who fall short are removed.
Florida license status can be verified by anyone at myfloridalicense.com. Some gutter work in Florida falls under local registrations rather than a state license; we ask for whichever applies.
How GutterFit gets paid
Partner contractors pay GutterFit a referral fee for each homeowner request they receive. Homeowners do not pay GutterFit. GutterFit does not set contractor prices; each contractor prepares its own quote independently, and the referral fee is paid whether or not you hire the contractor.
Who writes the guides
Our cost and decision guides are written by the GutterFit team from industry cost data, manufacturer specifications and public sources such as the Florida Climate Center, the National Hurricane Center and the Florida Statutes, which we cite at the end of each guide. We publish no price figures: every number a homeowner needs comes from an itemized written quote by a local contractor. When a partner contractor reviews a technical article, we say so on the page.
What GutterFit is not
- Not a contractor: we do not perform, supervise or warranty any work.
- Not a lead marketplace: your request is not sold to multiple companies.
- Not a review site: we do not publish ratings or testimonials we cannot verify.
